Commissioned by Living Walls, this mural was created for I Am Mine / We Are Ours, a project where six artists were chosen to repaint a neglected underpass. My mural features two versions of Jessica Caldas, a Puerto Rican American artist and is about accepting all the facets of one’s cultural identity, and using that to navigate connections to others through self-expression.
Belleair Bohemian

These two murals an interior foyer and a poolside exterior painted for an AirBnb that was filmed for Beachfront Bargain Hunt as featured on the Magnolia Network. These botanical designs function as a calming background to a restful stay.
Terra Ajena

This mural was created for the 2022 round of Forward Warrior mural festival, a two day event in Cabbagetown neighborhood. A woman balances upside down in a pose over the words Tierra Ajena, foreign ground, reflecting the strength and adaptability required to find a place on new ground, in new countries and in other cultures.
Life’s a beach
Location: Private Residence in Marietta, Georgia

This mural features the owner’s four dogs, as well as some of their favorite memories of their beach house, like the lighthouse, the blue parrot restaurant and of course their pink holiday home.

This project features a portrait of Andrew and Walter Young and while the background is inspired by their involvement with the YMCA and features abstracted imagery of both the pool and the basketball courts.

Free Flow

This bright orange mural portrait was painted the week before the first official opening party of MINT gallery and studios at the MET, which happened right before the pandemic started. I had a large corner studio that I worked out of for two years with this energetic artwork as a backdrop.
Pittsburgh Legend Carrie Steele Logan

Carrie Steele Logan was an enslaved woman who worked as a maid to a railroad company upon liberation from chattel slavery, who published an autobiography and sold her home to raise the funds needed to establish the first Black orphanage in 1888. The organization she founded is still in existence, now called the Carrie Steele-Pitts home.

This piece was created as part of the local mural festival called Forward Warrior and curated by Peter Ferrari. It wraps around and underneath a mural created by Jessica Caldas. Expansion features a half body of a lady whose form is overlaid with a swirling abstract energy.
Steel Magnolias

Under the backdrop of a magnolia tree, sits this shipping container at the end of Brian and Erin Sintos’ driveway. I created this mural on the front of the shipping container to beautify the site and activate the space. The four giant magnolias are rendered in a realistic fashion, while underneath and around bright abstract marks play, inspired by the way these flowers cast their enigmatic scent about.
